Scotch Dinner at The Old Sage in Seattle October 17

The Old Sage will be hosting the first of many, Scotch Dinners this Thursday, October 17th. The food styling of chefs McCracken and Tough will meet the beautiful flavors of Cragganmore, Dalwhinnie and Glenkinche. The price will be $40 plus tax and gratuity. Reserve your seat by calling 206-557-7430. { THE MENU } FIRST COURSE with GLENKINCHIE 12 YEAR: Roasted Beets (urfa biber. quinoa. buttermilk. watercress). SECOND COURSE with CRAGGANMORE 12 YEAR: Smoked Short Rib Pie (tomato jam. horseradish. herbs) and Roasted Cabbage Roats (ham broth). THIRD COURSE with DALWHINNIE 15 YEAR: Butterscotch Pudding (honey malt. milk. chocolate).
